Fort George Thursday Night Lecture Series

Join Clatsop Community College math instructor Rich Beveridge as he presents Blockchain, and Bitcoin, and Crytpo, Oh My, in the Lovell Showroom at Fort George Brewery (1483 Duane) on Thursday, April 7, at 7pm.

The talk will focus on the historical development of digital cryptography in the 20th century and how these ideas were used to create cryptocurrencies and other blockchain applications.

Doors open at 6pm, and food & beverages are available. This event is all ages and there is no cover!

Clatsop County Master Gardener Association presents a Spring Flower Pop-up Sale on Saturday, April 9 at the Barbey Maritime Center, adjacent to the Columbia River Maritime Museum (1792 Marine), from 10am to 2pm.

Products for sale include hanging flower and strawberry baskets, colored pots, and flower starts.
